Thank you for choosing PokePack Bros TCG. We strive to make ordering simple and transparent while keeping our inventory as accurate as possible.
Placing an Order
Ordering from our store is easy:
- Browse our selection of trading card products.
- Add your desired items to your cart.
- Proceed to our secure checkout.
- Enter your shipping and billing information.
- Complete your payment using one of the available payment methods.
- Receive an order confirmation by email.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Product Availability
We work hard to keep our inventory updated in real time. However, due to high demand for collectible products, availability may change quickly.
In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after your order has been placed. If this happens, we will contact you promptly and offer an appropriate solution, which may include:
- A full refund
- Waiting for a restock (when available)
- An alternative product, if you choose
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it.
Please note that receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. Orders are subject to payment verification, inventory availability, and review.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Order Changes
If you need to update your shipping address or request a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet entered the shipping process.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information about eligible returns.
Pricing & Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate.
If we discover a pricing error or incorrect product information, we reserve the right to correct the error and, when necessary, cancel the affected order. If payment has already been received, an appropriate refund will be issued.
Collectible Product Notice
Trading card products are collectible items that may have limited availability and are often produced in limited quantities.
Product availability may change without notice due to supplier inventory, manufacturer allocations, or increased customer demand.
