Factory-sealed trading card products that have been opened are generally not eligible for return.

Trading card products contain randomly inserted cards and collectibles.

We cannot guarantee specific cards, rarities, autographs, parallels, inserts, or pull rates.

Returns or refunds will not be provided based on the contents of sealed products after they have been opened.
