Pre-Order Information

Thank you for your interest in upcoming releases at PokePack Bros TCG. This page explains how our pre-orders work so you know exactly what to expect before placing your order.

What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an upcoming trading card product before its official release date. Placing a pre-order helps secure your purchase while inventory is available.

Please note that a pre-order item is not immediately available for shipment.

Release Dates

Release dates are provided by the product manufacturer or distributor and may change without notice.

If a release date is delayed, your order will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available. We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant delays.

Payment

Payment is collected at the time your pre-order is placed unless otherwise stated on the product page.

By placing a pre-order, you authorize us to process your payment for the reserved item.

Shipping

Pre-orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the product is received and becomes available for shipment.

Once shipped, estimated delivery is typically 3–5 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

Orders Containing Pre-Order and In-Stock Items

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock products, your order may be held until all items are available for shipment.

If separate shipments are available for your order, they will be handled at our discretion or as otherwise indicated during checkout.

Product Availability

Submitting a pre-order reserves your item while inventory lasts.

Although we work closely with our suppliers, product allocations may occasionally change due to manufacturer or distributor decisions. In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfill your pre-order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

Cancellations

Pre-order cancellation requests may be accepted before the order has entered processing, subject to review.

If your pre-order has already been processed for fulfillment or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Returns

Once delivered, eligible pre-order products are covered by our standard 30-day Return & Refund Policy.

Please note that factory-sealed trading card products that have been opened are not eligible for return.
