At PokePack Bros TCG, we are committed to providing authentic, factory-sealed trading card products and a reliable shopping experience. This page explains our warranty and guarantee policies.

Our Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that all products sold by PokePack Bros TCG are genuine and sourced from trusted suppliers.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all trading card products are sold new and factory sealed.

Product Condition Guarantee

We take great care in packaging every order to help ensure your items arrive in excellent condition.

If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Manufacturer Warranty

Most trading card products do not include a warranty from the manufacturer.

If a product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, the terms and conditions of that warranty are provided by the manufacturer, not by PokePack Bros TCG.

Any manufacturer warranty claims must be handled according to the manufacturer’s policies.

No Guarantee of Card Contents

Trading card products contain randomly inserted cards determined by the manufacturer.

PokePack Bros TCG does not guarantee:

  • Specific cards
  • Card rarity
  • Pull rates
  • Autographs
  • Parallel cards
  • Inserts
  • Graded card quality
  • Investment value or future resale value

Each sealed product is random by design, and individual pack contents cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Factory-sealed trading card products that have been opened or had their original seal broken are generally not eligible for return, except where required by applicable law.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Limitation of Warranty

Except as expressly stated in this policy or where required by applicable law, all products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

PokePack Bros TCG disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
